Profile: Rhodo was formed by a group of professionals from diverse background in 1994. A builder, an estate management graduate, a banking and finance graduate and an accountant. Mr Richard Neo, the founding director left the construction industry in the early 1980s, not before completing a number of prestigious projects at that time.
